Transcript release

Service Description :Use this option to request your official or unofficial transcript
How to Request : Click the Request Service button and complete the form. The turn around time for all requests is an average of 2-3 business days.
Service Audience : Students
Restrictions :
The Office of the Registrar will not release Transcripts for students whose status is on "Hold".
Examples of reasons why a student may have a hold include:
  • Financial: Student has outstanding balance at QF Finance
  • Library: Student has overdue Library book/item.
  • Immunization: Student has not completed the immunization requirement.
  • IT: Student has not returned items to the IT department.
