Event Support Request

FHSS Event support

Our Service Level Expectation requires you to ensure a few tasks as follows :

  • WCMQ personnel – Please ensure to get approval from the Dean's office for your event via the WCMQ events management system. FM will not be able to support any event which has not been approved by the Deans Office.
  • WCMQ personnel – Please ensure to book your WMCQ common area event space on the Room Reservation System (RRS). FM will not be able to support events in spaces which have not been reserved on RRS.
  • To allow us to provide our best within our capacity, please ensure to give us adequate time. We do require a bare minimum of two days of advance notice for event support.
