Information Technology Services can provide assistance to faculty, staff and students with WCM-Q device tagging, disposing, recommendation, and setting up and troubleshooting exam laptops.
For tech pre-approval requests, Information Technology Services has standardized the models and specs for desktop and laptop. Please review the attached files on the right for a list of WCMQ standard specs and models. A completed and signed ITS Technology Purchase Pre-Approval Form must be attached along with the quotes and specification. All forms are located on the right-hand side.
