Provision users and access modification requests to the SAP WBG and WRG systems for WCM-Q roles as well as PCard requests for Administrative need. These include Finance, HCM, Research and Administrative roles.

PCARD request

This is for requesting procurement card (PCARD) services.

The forms for PCARD allocation and application are attached on this page. Please download, fill up and attach to a new service request to proceed.

WBG User Provisioning

Make a request when a new user requires access to SAP, an existing user amended or a user reactivated after a period of non-use.

WRG User Provisioning

The request used when a new user requires access in SAP Weill Research Gateway (WRG), or for an existing user amended access.
Make a request when a new user requires access to SAP ACCESS for authorization under 27* Fund Centers only, or for an existing user amended access related to that.
